Absolutely enjoyed this place. Quiet and peaceful inside. Food was great. The 2 chili sauces served with the calamari were excellent. I always enjoy baked brie. I will definitely be ordering the lamb again next time. I usually prefer custard desserts, but the bread pudding is what I'll be ordering here.
The food was really enjoyable. The food was a lot better than we expected. We got here around 7pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was busy. We started with the beet salad and moved onto the lamb tangine and the duck confit. For dessert we had the chocolate caramel pretzel tart and the white chocolate croissant bread pudding. I really liked the lamb tangine. The flavors were simple and the lamb was so tender and soft. It was a decent portion of lamb and it was really enhanced with the mint and cilantro. The couscous was good when it was mixed with the lamb sauce. I would highly recommend this dish. The duck confit was also really good. The duck leg was good sized and it paired well with the red rice. The white chocolate croissant bread pudding was amazing! It was nice and warm and the flavor was just amazing. I would definitely recommend this dessert. It was very memorable. Overall the restaurant is great. Service is good and the ambience is nice. A great place to have a chill slow dinner and have a nice conversation. There is street parking and the parking lot down the street offers free parking for 90 minute.
Park in one of the structures and walk over to the restaurant. The first 90 minutes are free. The restaurant wasn't too hard to find. A friend let us know to not confuse it with green street restaurant and make sure it's across from Bucas. A friend of ours made reservations so we were seated not too long after. Our server Johnny was very friendly, let us know of the specials and didn't let our water go empty. We ordered Calamari to start with. It was a bit too oily and I wasn't too fond of the red sauce. I guava champagne was okay, nothing too spectacular about it though. I ordered one of the specials: lamb hash. It was pretty flavorful and I can smell the lamb. I'm don't like kale too much, but it worked altogether with the lamb and potatoes. Overall, everything tasted good and the service was great and friendly.
This place has recently been renamed and re-branded but the chef is the same. Excellent food and service. The pork shoulder was really flavorful and tender, the kanpachi was delicious and so was the liver mousse . The chocolate cake with mousse was exception as well. Highly recommend checking out the chefs new fare at this eclectic restaurant. I would definitely come back to try some of the other dishes.
Came here for brunch on my birthday and the food was amazing. I got the beef hash. It's a small place that's divided in 2 parts, so it can get pretty loud when it's busy. Staff is super friendly and attentive.
