Edgar was amazing and stayed open a bit later for me to pick up my pizza . LA traffic is so unpredictable and he was very understanding and accommodating. Once I arrived Edgar was all smiles and thanked me for my business. It’s very hard to find amazing customer service nowadays especially in LA but Edgar revived my hope for humanity. Edgar you are a great asset to this round table ! Keep up the great work !
Wish I could give zero or negative stars. I placed an order with Roundtable pizza through Postmates at 7:00pm and the restaurant cancelled the order because they were too busy. I waited a few minutes and attempted to order again, and the order was cancelled again. I waited a bit longer and attempted to order a third time and it was cancelled again. I gave up and made dinner gor my family myself. So, my family ate something else for dinner then went to bed. At midnight I received an email notification that woke me up and it was a receipt from Postmates for the order and it said it was completed at 10:00pm. So, I went outside, and the pizzas were left at the bottom of my stairs, on wet concrete covered in ants because the lawn had just been watered. So, the restaurant had decided to reverse the cancellation 2 hours after cancelling it without letting me know, then delivered the pizzas in the dark and did not even a) leave them on the porch in front of the door, or b) ring or knock or indicate in any way that they were delivered after all as the entire house and porch were dark because we had gone to bed because, of course, we had no idea pizzas were going to be delivered because the order had been cancelled not once but three times. So, we took the cold, wet, pizzas that had been delivered hours after our cancelled order was filled, sitting outside on the ground for hours, exposed to the elements and ants and threw them out because we were not going to eat them for safety issues and because we had had to make other dinner arrangements hours earlier because Roundtable had cancelled our order 3 times and we had no way of knowing any pizzas were coming. I have so many issues with this order. A restaurant cannot cancel an order then decide on their own to fill it hours later after they have informed the customer it has been cancelled is top of my list. Then the delivery person, upon arriving at a completely dark house, decided to sneak up and leave the pizzas on the step rather than by the front door even though our delivery instructions on all orders say to leave on tray at front door and ring bell, indicating the delivery person knew something was amiss when arriving at a dark house with no tray out as if no delivery was expected but chose to leave the pizzas and sneak off with no concern for where they were leaving them. We pay a lot of money when we order Roundtable, and this is unacceptable. Postmates has passed me off to 4 different employees and is refusing to give me a refund or help.me in any way. Unfortunately, both Postmates and Roundtable lost longtime customers last night.
The personal pizza special is the best. It comes with 4 toppings!!! of your choice! and a soda.Pizza is made to order and is nice and hot and they have live UEFA Champions football (soccer) Karen is the best very friendly
I went at noon on a weekday, it was fairly empty, dark and depressing. Robert was working hard as the cashier, the busboy, the server and even food prep. Was informed that their was no longer a buffet-and its most likely not coming back, also was informed that their is also no longer an unlimited sald bar option. By default I ordered the lunch special and was handed a small plastic to go box that only had some not so fresh lettuce. The personal pizza wasn't bad though. Honestly, It feels like SR. managment or ownership has just given up on the restaurant at this point.
Loved it. Staff was friendly. Food came out promptly. Kids had fun. We all enjoyed our meal.
